On Thursday, they made an appearance on Hardball, discussing the case in relation to other federal LGBT rights cases.
Here's an article from Mother Jones titled, "Gay Rights Groups to Ted Olson: Thanks, but No Thanks."
Why? Because they, ACLU and Lambda Legal among others, think the law suit will fail. But hey, we don't have that great of a track record when it comes to winning our rights at the court (and Olson has an amazing record wins his cases), BUT it's better than our legislative track record when it comes to marriage, and MUCH better than our ballot fights.
