VIDEO: Maine Parents Convey How Marriage Equality Would Benefit Their Families

With Maine's marriage equality bill LD 2020 having passed the state's Senate Judiciary Committee and now heading to the floor for a full vote, a lot of work is being done to show the Senators why voting in its favor is the right thing to do.

Maine Freedom to Marry Coalition knows the strength of our movement is in our stories and have released videos of same-sex couples telling how marriage would protect their families.

In the first video, Maine Parents Rodney and Ray talk about why marriage equality will be good for their son, Ethan. The second, Terry and Tamiko talk about how being married would benefit their two children, Cam and Sooki.
