I haven't posted in over three years, but today is such a momentous chapter to the story that is this blog. I feel compelled to post the rulings here for anyone who continues to come to this site to read the history of Prop 8 and other struggles involving marriage equality - there would be a gaping hole in that history if these weren't posted. (You can see the trial ruling and 9th Circuit Court ruling above.)
